I used your Heart Ice Scupture Mold recently at my daughter's wedding but instead of ice I used white chocolate. I made serveral white ones and several red ones. To make the red ones I added food coloring to the melted white chocolate. I surrounded the hearts with flowers and created very elegant and un-forgettable centerpieces. Everyone was very impressed!
