NON ALCOHOLIC WEDDING DRINKS
The following are BASIC recipes. You'll need to adjust quantities to accomodate the number of guests at your reception, event or party.
NON ALCOHOLIC WEDDING PUNCH 1
Spoon it over ice cream and it hardens.
Ingredients
8 - containers frozen lemonade
2 - 64 oz bottles cranberry cocktail
4 - boxes pineapple juice
2- 2 liter bottles of 7-Up or Gingerale
Orange, Lemon & Lime slices (optional)
Directions
Mix undiluted lemonade, cranberry cocktail, & pineapple
juice
Add fruit slices if desired
When ready to serve, pour over ice and add Soda.
NON ALCOHOLIC WEDDING PUNCH 2
Ingredients
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 (46 oz.) orange juice
1 (12 oz.) frozen lemonade
4 pkgs. Kool Aid
3 cups sugar
1 qt. pale gingerale
4 qts. water or enough to make 2 gal.
Directions
Combine, Chill and serve.
NON ALCOHOLIC BLUE/COLOR WEDDING PUNCH 3

You may choose any color by selecting the appropriate color of Kool-Aid.
Ingredients
2 bottles clear/whitish Hawaiian punch
2 pitchers Blue Raspberry Kool Aid (follow
directions on envelope)
2 pints pineapple or blueberry (if blue) sherbet
2 liters Sprite
Directions
Mix everything but the sherbet
Add the sherbet right before serving.
NON ALCOHOLIC WEDDING PUNCH 4
Ingredients
1 can 46-oz pineapple juice
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cups Orange juice
6 cups Water
4 cups Sugar
5 Bananas, mashed
2 liters Sprite or 7-Up
1 pk 16oz Frozen strawberries
Mint Leaves for decoration
Directions
Mix sugar and water
Chill
Add fruit juices
Add mashed bananas right away
Freeze
When ready to serve, break up the frozen base into pieces
Add strawberries and enough 7-Up
Decorate with mint leaves
NON ALCOHOLIC WEDDING PUNCH 5
Ingredients
1-1/3 cups chilled cranberry cocktail
20 oz. frozen whole strawberries, thawed
3 small, cut up bananas
1-1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup sugar
Directions
Put all in a blender and process till smooth Pour into punch bowl
Add 51/2 cups chilled cranberry cocktail and 1/3 cup orange juice
Stir.
NON ALCOHOLIC WEDDING PUNCH 6
Ingredients
2 Parts White Grape Juice-Makers
2 Parts pineapple juice concentrate
1 Part frozen orange juice concentrate
1 Part lemonade juice concentrate
Directions
Combine all the juices stir and chill until ready to serve.
NON ALCOHOLIC WEDDING PUNCH 7
This eggnog punch is perfect for winter holidays season wedding receptions, events and parties
Ingredients
1 quart eggnog
1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
1 can (12 ounces) ginger ale (chilled)
Directions
Combine the eggnog and the orange juice concentrate stir well
Slowly pour in the ginger ale stirring gently.
chill until ready to serve.
NON ALCOHOLIC WEDDING PUNCH 8
Apple spice punch - perfect for autumn wedding receptions, events and parties
Ingredients
-1/2 quart Apple juice
2 Cinnamon sticks
8 Whole cloves
1-1/3 c Pineapple juice
1/2 c Lemon juice
2 pints Orange juice
28 oz Ginger ale
Directions
Tie spices in cheesecloth
Place together with apple juice in a NON-aluminum pot
Simmer uncovered 15 minutes
Discard spice bag.
Cool
Add remaining fruit juices and stir
Chiil until ready to serve
Add the ginger ale and serve.
NON ALCOHOLIC WEDDING PUNCH 9
Delicious amber colored wedding punch for fall

Ingredients
1 Gallon chilled, pasteurized, Apple Cider
1 liter chilled ginger ale
ice ring
ice cubes
Directions
Mix 1 Gallon chilled, pasteurized, Apple Cider with 1 liter chilled ginger ale.
At serving time pour into punch bowl. Float ice ring on top of punch or add frozen apple cider ice cubes.
Serves: approx 22 - 4 oz punch cup servings
ALCOHOLIC WEDDING DRINKS
ALCOHOLIC WEDDING PUNCH Coctel de Champán y Piña
Ingredients
1 bottle Champagne
16 FL 0z Pineapple Juice
1 cup crushed pineapple
Directions
Stir the two liquids together.
fill champagne glasses with crushed pineapple
