By sending this order, I authorize
A-Wedding day - a GAN Publishing Company

to charge my credit card by the amount specified on this order form.

I understand and accept the following return policy

No returned merchandise will be honored without our prior authorization.
To receive authorization, you need to call us at:
951-681-1244 M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm PST.
We are in California. Please schedule your calling to allow for time zone differences, if applicable.

Return Guidelines

Inspect the merchandise that you have received thoroughly and note any discrepancies or damage.

Contact A-wedding Day immediatly and tell us what the problem is.

If the item is not to be replaced, request a return code.

Send us the items, so we have them within 2 weeks of the date you received them.

Wrap the package securely.

Post the Return Code in large letters/numbers on each package.

Before sending the items make sure that they and the packaging are in their original - brand new condition.

For security reasons unidentifiable packages will be refused.
We DO NOT refund shipping charges and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to defect or our mistake.
Orders refused or returned without prior authorization will be subject to all freight charges plus re-ship charges and a 25% re-stocking fee if the merchandise is returned to stock. This is the charge imposed on us by our suppliers.
Any damaged item will be replaced by the exact same item.
Personalized items can be returned only if they are damaged or we made an error in the engraving or personalization.

Any engraved, embroidered or otherwise personalized items that are returned due to damage or our error will be replaced by the exact same items with personalization, corrected.
