Like most magazines, A-wedding Day accepts articles, blogs, and wedding recipes written by guest authors. If you want to Submit Editorial Content, you have written you would like to share with our readers, please contact us.
What we accept
- We are always interested in topics that will be helpful to our readers but that are NOT selling or demanding action. Some product reviews may be accepted.
- Our readers are looking for inspiration, problem solving, tips and ideas. Not hard sell.
- Your content must be original, unique informative and dedicated to wedding market.
- You must include: graphics Long tail keywords and a link to your site.
Editorial Content Guidelines
- Your content must be at least 750 words.
- Your “author byline” must include your full name, a shors profile description, as well as linkable contact information. Complete URLs are required.
How do I submit editorial content?
- Apply by complete the following form.
- Send us the content the content by email with expressed permission to print it (if it is approved).
- All submissions are subject to editorial approval.
- We have your permission to correct incorrect grammar or typos should such edit be needed.
What about Graphics:
- Graphic and/or photographs are required. They must be of good quality.
- Make sure your graphics and/or photos are free of watermarks. If credits are due, they must be given within your submission. Please provide photo credits for all photos as they are copyrighted. We cannot publish photos unless credit is given to the photographer.
What do I need to do after my content is published?
- Share it across your social media channels and if you have a website, let your readers know that you are a published author who contributed to the A-wedding Day magazine.
- To build credibility, let your readers, find your writing in our magazine by including the URL of your published work. (This is also a good way to share links for your seo.) As a proud featured author, promote your guest article! Encourage readers on your website, your social media or platform, and most importantly your email subscribe list to check out your entry. To make it easy for you, we’ll provide you with a Featured on” button.
Can I submit editorial content as a vendor?
If you are a wedding vendor, you are very welcome to submit editorial content as well as advertise in our magazine. You may subnit informational content, weddings stories, photography etc. Include as many details as you believe will be appealing and drive traffic to your website. We’ll be delighted to learn that we help promote your business. To this end, include backlinks, social accounts and submit at LEAST six photos with the appropriate captions and of course, photo credits.
The easiest way for you to submit your photos and artwork, is by giving A-wedding Day Magazine permission to post them directly from your website.
